DEWA is committed to the successful implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems (QHSE) within its business in generation of electricity, production of water, transmission, distribution of electricity and water considering these systems fundamental to the continual improvement process.
1) Pursue best practices and highest QHSE standards.
2) Comply with all legislative and other requirements pertaining to QHSE standards.
3) Enhance customer satisfaction.
4) Promote awareness in QHSE.
5) Prevention of injury, ill health, diseases, and incidents.
6) Prevention of pollution to air, land and water.
7) Sustainable management of natural resources.
8) Management of waste disposal thru reducing reusing, and recycling as appropriate.
9) Consider QHSE requirements in design, construction, operations and maintenance activities.
10) Plan, control, monitor and measure QHSE performance.
