DEWA Employee Relations Programs

TAWASOL Suggestion Scheme:
	TAWASOL Suggestion Scheme is a staff suggestion System. It encourages the employees to contribute with their constructive ideas for improving work environment and services at DEWA.
Employee Satisfaction Survey:
	The survey is conducted to measure employees overall satisfaction regarding various work dimensions in DEWA by giving the employees an opportunity to express their views and opinions for the benefit of the Authority.
Child Care Center:
	DEWA Child Care Center was opened to provide the necessary care for the children of the employees during the working hours and create a positive work environment for DEWA employees.
TAKAFUL:
	TAKAFUL is a fund for a social cooperation organized by DEWA and the subscription is open to DEWA’s employees only. TAKAFUL was launched in 2009, with the objective to provide financial support to the participants whenever they have an emergency that falls under the approved system.
Waffer Program:
	The program aims to provide competitive offers and discounts for DEWA staff for various shops, hotels, etc.
Excellence Awards & Recognition Program:
	The Excellence Award & Recognition Program aims to appreciate and reward the employees (individuals/ groups) who have excelled in their achievements.
Women’s Committee:
	The committee encourages women expanding their creative feminine role, and supports their role in decision-making to increase DEWA’s women satisfaction.
