 | The survey is conducted to measure employees overall satisfaction regarding various work dimensions in DEWA by giving the employees an opportunity to express their views and opinions for the benefit of the Authority. |
| Child Care Center: |
 | DEWA Child Care Center was opened to provide the necessary care for the children of the employees during the working hours and create a positive work environment for DEWA employees. |
| TAKAFUL: |
 | TAKAFUL is a fund for a social cooperation organized by DEWA and the subscription is open to DEWA’s employees only. TAKAFUL was launched in 2009, with the objective to provide financial support to the participants whenever they have an emergency that falls under the approved system. |

 | The program aims to provide competitive offers and discounts for DEWA staff for various shops, hotels, etc. |
