DEWA delivers electricity to about 495,650 customers and water to almost 430,570 customers across the Emirate of Dubai.
DEWA's contribution to the economic development of Dubai has been an important factor in the Emirate's rapid rise in the world 's commercial and industrial scene. As the Emirate continues its vibrant progress in all spheres, DEWA meets the growing demand for water and electricity, by advanced planning, preparing the necessary groundwork and execution of its projects at the highest quality, safety and environmental standards.
Modernizing is a top priority for us and our programs for the e-Government makes a clear commitment to make the Authority more open and accessible to the public. Our services will be built around the needs and expectations of citizens, residents and businesses. They will be easy to use and conveniently available and accessible.
DEWA is among the first local authorities to become completely e-Enabled and we are committed to ensuring that the Authority becomes a world leader in the new Electronic Age.
