5. DEWA maintains effective liaison for good communication interests and ensure mutual success, efficiently and effectively.
6. DEWA cooperates with its partners to develop new project and services, help improve operational performance, develop and continue to provide distinguish customer service, achieve sustainable development while protecting environment, public health and safety.
7. DEWA exchanges with its partners relevant knowledge, information, expertise and institutional experience and strive to prompt comprehensive cultural compatibility with them.
8. DEWA cooperates with its partners to promote innovation, creativity and continues improvement.
Partnership Types
DEWA enters into formal partnerships with many organizations in other sectors for different purposes. There are three types of partnerships, described as follows:
Strategic Partnerships: Strategic partners can affect or have an impact on DEWA’s vision, mission, and sustainability. Strategic Partners support DEWA to deliver its corporate strategic goals and maintain its strategic direction.
Service–Oriented Partnerships: These are organizations (government bodies or private companies) that DEWA partners with in order to successfully deliver a defined set of services.
Taskforce–Oriented Partnerships: These are organizations (government bodies or private companies) that DEWA partners with in order to solve critical issues/problems that have negative impact on the business or the community.
