The campaigns - planned, executed and managed by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, contributed to a positive public usage of utilities.
They increased the awareness level and shared responsibility within different segments of the society, in the preserving of natural resources and making best possible use of existing wealth of the emirate.
The campaign succeeded in reducing the consumption of electricity and water respectively, in Dubai during 2008, in varied sectors such as residential, government departments, educational institutions and hospitality.
