PAYMENT OF MONTHLY BILLS FOR ELECTRICITY OR WATER CONSUMPTION CHARGES

It is our continuous endeavor to facilitate bill settlements and save your time and effort, the Authority has made provision for its customers to pay their bills in various modes as detailed below:

Counter Collection DEWA payment by cash/ cheque / credit card	DEWA's various cash collection centers located at various convenient places.
By Internet	DEWA website : https://ebpphome.dewa.gov.ae ( Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment system)
Banks/BankNet/Home Bank Services (Internet) for bank customers	DEWA's authorized banks.
Cheque Deposit Box	DEWA Head Office and Collection Centers. A/c payee crossed cheques to be deposited along with the remittance advice of bill. Please write DEWA A/C No. and Tel No. on reverse of the cheque
By Mail	A/C Payee crossed cheque along with the remittance advice of bill, to be mailed to: DEWA - P.O. Box 564. Dubai
Emirates Post	7 Days a week, at any of the Emirates Post Offices in Dubai
Eppco / Enoc Petrol Station	7 Days a week, at any of the Epco / Enoc Petrol Station in Dubai
