PAYMENT OF MONTHLY BILLS FOR ELECTRICITY OR WATER CONSUMPTION CHARGES

It is our continuous endeavor to facilitate bill settlements and save your time and effort, the Authority has made provision for its customers to pay their bills in various modes as detailed below:

Head Office (Al Garhoud), Al Hudaiba, Burj Nahar, Al Wasl, Umm Al Ramool, Ayal Naser, Al Reef Mall, and Dubai Municipality (Al Manara & Al Twar Centres), General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (Dubai-Head Quarters & Jebel Ali), Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Industrial Area.

Payments are accepted by:
1) Cash.
2) Cheques*.
3) Credit Cards (fee of 1.678% is applied)
4) P.O. Box mail: A/C Payee crossed cheque along with the remittance advice of bill, to be mailed to: Dubai Electricity & Water Authority P.O. Box 564. Dubai.

24/7 at 54 branches of ENOC(List or Map) and EPPCO(List or Map) petrol stations in Dubai.

All post offices(List or Map) 7 days a week during official working hours.

BANKS

Direct Debit Direct Debit
At partner banks, this service automatically deducts your DEWA bill amount from your bank account every month. Banks offering Direct Debit Service: Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Commerial Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai and Union National Bank.

Bill payment can be made at ATM machines of large number of banks.
Teller Counters Teller Counters
DEWA’s partner banks offer DEWA bill payment at their tellers from Saturday to Thursday during office hours.

This service is presented to you through phone banking. Please note that you have to be a bank account holder to use this service.
