3.1 RESTORATION OF SUPPLIES TO PREMISES FOR NEW TENANT (RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL PREMISES, ETC.)

# Procedure to follow Place to contact
1 Collect application for Billing Services and request
(Customer Hall) Head Office or Customer Care Center Burj Nahar / AlWasl / Al Aweer
2 Submit the completed application form mentioning the consumer A/C no. and copy of customer's Tenancy Agreement, Passport with valid visa page/Trade license for incorporating the Security Deposit amount and reconnection charges to be paid
3 Submit the completed application form along with payment as advised, at Payment Counter and collect the Security Deposit Receipt
Cash Counter
Note:- Approach Inspection Section, in Customer Services Hall along with the receipt, to release power/water supplies.
