Transfer of Security Deposit from one customer's

Original receipt of the

Copy of receipt of the
last bill. |

Letter from previous
customer authorizing the transfer. |

Copy of the previous
transferor's passport/identification

In case original
Security Deposit receipt is lost, the previous
customer should advise of the loss in writing
giving his account number and apply for transfer
in the manner outlined at step 2 above. |
