Your DEWA bill has a complete breakdown of charges, including electricity and water consumption, per unit, Slab Calculation, sewerage charges, slab details, sewage, cooling charges, fuel surcharge and housing fee details, for both the previous month and the current period.


Understand Your Bill

The change of Landlord information of a premise eService helps landlords to submit online requests for a change of their name in the DEWA billing system. The landlord information is essential for verification of tenancy contract issued by them for their tenants. In case of landlord name in DEWA billing system and tenancy contract name not matching, the tenancy contract may not be accepted by DEWA for registration of the tenant.

How the slab tariff works
Submit a new tenancy contract
The purpose of the slab tariff is to promote efficient consumption of electricity and water, especially as it is becoming increasingly-important to focus on the conservation and preservation of our precious resources.

UAE Nationals living in rented premises can submit new tenancy contracts online. Upon submission you receive a notification number which can be used for tracking the request. This service requires enrollment.

You can know your outstanding amount anytime by:

-using the Bill Enquiry eService. Simply enter your contract account number to know the outstanding amount.

- You may also call 04-6019999 and know your bill amount through our IVR service or by talking to a Customer Care Center Executive

- Or Send an SMS to 4488 with your contract account number

You can request for Customer Clearance Certificate online. You will receive an application number to track your request status online and you will also be notified through e-mail. Upon approval you will receive the Customer Clearance Certificate through e-mail and SMS.

Green Bill is an electronic version of your paper bill. You will receive an email each month as soon as your latest bill is generated. You can contribute in saving the environment by opting not to receive paper bill. To stop receiving paper bills kindly register for DEWA online services and select the link to stop receiving paper bills.



Green Bill New User Login
Organizations, companies and corporate customers who have 9 or more contract accounts can request a collective bill online. After allotment of a new collective account, you can view the details under the new collective account after processing of the next invoice. You need to register online to use this service.

You can now view a graphical presentation of your Electricty and water consumption by logging into your online user account. This tool helps you to have a clear understanding of your electricity and water usage. You can also do comparative analysis of your current consumption with historical consumption and can take conservation measures with the help of this analysis, You need to register online to use this service.

Organizations, companies and corporate customers who have collective bill account can add or remove new or old accounts respectively. Corporate customers are required to login to do the required modification. You need to register online to use this service.

You can enquire about high or low consumption by submitting a complaint. DEWA will analyze the complaint and if required meter inspection will be carried out. You will get a complaint number after submitting the request which can be used to track the status of the complaints.
