Forms Download Instructions

You can download all the forms on your local computer by clicking here.

Please, read the below instructions, if you are downloading the forms for the first time. If you have any queries, please contact us at webmaster@dewa.gov.ae

The download procedure consists of two steps:
STEP 1 - Saving the exe file that contains the forms, in your local hard disk.
STEP 2 - Extracting the forms from the stored exe file.

STEP 1
When you click on the 'download' link, you would be presented with the dialog box shown below.
* THE INTERNET EXPLORER USERS WILL GET THE 1ST DIALOG BOX AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE 2ND ONE.
* THE NETSCAPE USERS WILL DIRECTLY GET THE 2ND DIALOG BOX.

Please choose 'Save this program to disk' from the above dialog box and press OK. Next, you will be presented with the below dialog box.

Select the directory in which you would like the 'forms.exe' to be stored and press the 'Save' button.

STEP 2
Once you have stored the 'forms.exe' file in your local disk, please follow the below procedure.
Run the 'forms.exe' application.
You will be presented with the following dialog box:

Press the 'Unzip' button to extract the forms from the 'forms.exe' application in your local hard disk under C:\ directory.

VERIFICATION
Please verify that the following forms are stored in your local hard disk as 'pdf' files.
