Contractor's Inspection Certificate	This form is to be filled and submitted to DEWA by consumer's electrical contractor (Inspection & Test Certificate) after carrying out inspection and testing of the wiring installation completed by them

Reconnection/Disconnection of Electricity/Water
Application Form	Description
Security Deposit Payment for Nationals	This form is used for paying the Security Deposit in lieu of reconnection of electricity and/or water supply to the premises for new tenant
Security Deposit Payment for Expats	This form is used for paying the Security Deposit in lieu of reconnection of electricity and/or water supply to the premises for new tenant
Security Deposit Refund	This form is used for applying for Security Deposit Refund in lieu of disconnection of electricity and/or water supply
Security Deposit Transfer	For transfer of Security Deposit from one consumer's name to that of another for the same premises,or, from one consumer account to another account for the same consumer
