The smart application also received a score of 11/10 in 2019, according to the following:

Easy access to DEWA’s buildings and facilities
DEWA facilitates the access of POD customers to its facilities and buildings. It has redesigned all its facilities and buildings to meet the Dubai Universal Code of Design by 100%.
DEWA provides to the POD customers and employees smart systems and support services that facilitate their access to various information and facilities within DEWA’s buildings, including:

Is the official designated reference for the requirements of built environments in all buildings, facilities, and means of transport in Dubai. It contributes to a significant change in the preparation of the urban environment and society, empowering People of Determination as productive individuals that interact with other members of the community.
