This service helps you receipt of high/low electricity and/or water consumption verification DEWA will analyze the request and if required meter inspection will be carried out. Customers get a request number after submitting the request which can be used to track the status of the request.
A Service fee of Dhs. 30 or 75 (Based on meter type / size).

Step 1 : Online Application Submission
Fill-in the online application form with required information and submit the application.
Attach valid ID of account holder
Request on Company Letterhead (Commercial only)
Step 2: Service Delivery
Concerned Department will process your request within 7 working days and inform you accordingly. You may also contact our Customer Care Center or any Customer Happiness Center to inquire the status of your request..

Submit your electricity & water High or Low Consumption Verification by letter , fax or email advising contract account number and contact number.
Step 2: Walk-in:
For submitting the request in person, visit any of the DEWA Customer Happiness Centres. (with Valid ID of account holder)
