Manage the Partnership Activities:
DEWA manages Partnership Relationships through clear framework to achieve mutual benefits and provide added value by working jointly with our partner to improve organizational performance.
Assess and Review Partnership for Improvement:
DEWA ensures the transparency in the relationship with its partner through evaluating the partnerships to create solutions to improve partnership outcomes:
• Partnership satisfaction survey “external survey” to measure Partner Satisfaction.
• DEWA Satisfaction from The Partnerships “Internal” to measure DEWA counterpart satisfaction.
Framework, Review and Developing:
DEWA reviews the framework partnership in terms of efficiency and effectiveness in order for improvement.
