What is Methods of Payment

This section provides you with an overview and details on DEWA’s range of bill methods of payment to make your life easier, and save you time and effort.

DEWA Smart App

DEWA offers a variety of smart ways through which you can pay your bill. The DEWA Smart App runs on (Apple iOS, Android systems, google play and HUAWEI Application Store). 


You can pay via following options: 

  • Dubai Pay: Credit Cards, Direct Debit, Noqodi
  • Dubai Now
  • Apple Pay
  • Netbanking (For every payment of AED 25,000 the charges will be AED 5.25 to a maximum of AED 21)
  • Noqodi e-Wallet (For every payment of AED 100, the charges will be AED 1.05 to a maximum of AED 3.15)

DEWA Website

You can pay your bill online conveniently on DEWA’s safe and secure website at www.dewa.gov.ae. Payment can be made via the following options: Credit Card / Debit Card / Direct Debit / Noqodi

Dubai Now

You can pay your bill via Dubai Now (Smart Dubai Government). The App runs on Apple iOs, Android systems and is available on Google Pay and Apple Store. Payment can be made via credit cards.

EasyPay

EasyPay is a new payment service which enables DEWA’s customers to make payments for various services provided by DEWA in a faster and easier way.  You can pay via Dubai Now / (Dubai Pay) through the following options: Credit Card / Debit Card / Direct Debit / Noqodi

Auto Pay

At partner banks, this service automatically deducts your DEWA bill amount from your bank account every month through the banks smart channels.  You will be authorizing Smart Dubai Government to automatically deduct the amount from your bank and pay DEWA on a selected date and for a specified amount (if the bill amount is less than or equal to the authorized amount).
Note: you may also activate this option on DEWA Smart App and Dubai Now App.


Apple Pay

You can pay your bill using Apple Pay. Payment can be made via supported credit or debit card.

Etisalat Payment Machines

Pay your bills using Etisalat Payment machines all over the UAE (Cash only)

Tayseer

This is a channel for multi-account bill payment by Cash and Cheques of all banks.

Step 1: Create a reference number with all bank details required on the DEWA website or Smart App
Step 2: Pay through Emirates NBD Cheque Deposit Machines or through bank transfers using the created reference number.

Payments in banks can be made through:

  • By Cash through Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic CDMs
  • Phone banking: This service is available from phone banking if you have a bank account
  • Mobile Banking (Smart App): You can pay your bill through your bank’s Smart App
  • Bank Installments: You can pay your DEWA bill through the following banks installment plan:

    • Mashreq Bank
    • Dubai Islamic Bank


ENOC/EPPCO Petrol Stations

Pay your bills at ENOC/EPPCO service stations in Dubai (by cash)

DEWA Customer Happiness Centres (Self-Service)

Payment can be made through smart devices at our Customer Happiness Centres.  Payment can also be made via cash and cheques (through CDM at Centres marked with *)
