DEWA enrolled Demolition Contractors are able to apply for Combined demolition application through the system after uploading required documents and technical drawings for obtaining Demolition NOC -E, Demolition NOC –W & Billing service NOC (DRS) of DEWA. Customers are also able to track the status of their applications and interact with DEWA during the project progress stages.
1. Log in to consultants and Contractor’s portal
2. Select ‘Demolishing Permits - Electricity/Water’
3. Upload required design documents and submit
1. Affection Plan (Required only if project falling in Dubai Freezone areas)
2. Request letter / Receipt
Note : For Partial demolition ( additional document ) -Setting out plan indicating Demolition area.

Online Application Submission:
Fill-in the online application form with required information. Attach required documents and submit the application. On successful submission, a reference number will be provided which can be used for tracking the status of the application:
Application Status Tracking and Notifications:
You will receive SMS and e-mail notifications regarding the progress of the application (submission, rejection, revision, approval). In addition to notifications, the status of the application can also be tracked online through the tracking page of the e-service.
If the application was found incomplete/incorrect, access the revision page from the e-service menu and re-submit a revised application. If a revised application is not submitted within 30 days, the application will automatically be cancelled:
Once the application is Approved, the approval can be downloaded from the tracking page of the e-service.
