Dedicating accessible parking spaces for employees closest to the entrances according to the Dubai Universal Design Code.
Buildings and facilities fully equipped according to the Dubai Universal Design Code.
Providing devices and special tools for Employees of Determination to help them do their job to the fullest, such as audio applications for the visually impaired, and wheelchairs among others.
All the Human Resources procedures are integrated, such as the training process according to the needs of employees and the kind of disability.

The Absher Office at DEWA provides services to employees of Determination, through integrating the employment journey, starting from talent acquisition up until retirement. These services include replying to their enquiries and addressing their needs with training programmes, facilitative arrangements, activities, initiatives, and events for social inclusion. It also provides trained and qualified colleagues to support Employees of Determination and help them in First Aid and evacuation processes.
DEWA seeks to achieve the happiness of its People of Determination employees, and is keen on carrying out many motivational initiatives for them as well as providing them with legal advice, such as through the "Legal Adviser for People of Determination initiative and psychological counseling" to help them deal with personal and psychological pressures.
