Notes

  • System will automatically generate application reference number.
  • Application status can be tracked online/ through mobile apps.
  • The applicant will receive SMS and e-mail notifications regarding the progress of the application (Submitted, Under Review and DEWA Response Issued). In addition to notifications, the status of the application can also be tracked online through the tracking page of the e-service.
  • Once the power supply Master Plan submission is reviewed by all the concerned DEWA Departments, DEWA response/ feedback can be downloaded from the tracking page of the e-service.

Service Requirements

  • DEWA Enrolled Major Project Developers and their appointed Consultants can apply for the service.
  • Depending on the project type and the Master Plan type; the submission should comply with the requirements of the Power Supply Guidelines for Major Projects; which is available in DEWA website (www.dewa.gov.ae).
  • Obtain Power Supply Master Plan Approval.

  • On successful submission, a reference number will be provided which can be used for tracking the status of the application.

  • I visit DEWA website, then go to “Ma’lem Dubai - Electricity” service (under Builder category), to enroll as major projects Developer/Consultant and register my major project.
  • Once my major project code is approved, I login to “Ma’lem Dubai -Electricity” service (under Builder category) and select “Submit Power Master Plan for a project”, fill-in service application, attach all required documents and submit for DEWA review/approval.
