DEWA holds 3rd meeting of ‘Strategy Pioneers’ group members

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the Dubai Executive Council, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Aluminum (DUBAL) and the Ministry of Works of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the founding members of the Strategy Pioneers workshop, have held its third meeting as a result of the overwhelming success of the first two. The meeting discussed various elements related to developing strategies and governance, including their respective visions, missions, values and goals, and initiatives that promote networking within the group. The meeting also discussed the communication channels for sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices to achieve concrete results, promote growth and effective communication between the founding members and all participants. Strategy Pioneers is a platform for promoting strategic partnership and convergence of knowledge, highlighting global best practices in strategic planning as well as exchange of information and experience of global and local entities in planning and implementation. The knowledge shared at the workshops helps support the development of management mechanisms in governmental and quasi-governmental bodies and private companies.
