Online Training: 12th January to 14th January 2026
Test: on 15th January 2026 at DEWA, Ruwayyah office.

DEWA will offer Solar PV Certification Training sessions on a regular basis.

Only consultants and contractors can nominate and submit applications on behalf of their employees.

Consultants	At least 24 years old	Technical degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics issued by recognized university /institution	Minimum 4 years as professional with documented experience in Design and Installation of electrical systems (e.g system designer, Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, Electrician, System Engineer)	Experience of two (2) years and at least three (3) Solar PV plants in: - Designing - Building - Verification/Testing
Contractors	At least 24 years old	Technical degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics issued by recognized university /institution	Minimum 4 years of Electrical Installation and Construction related works.	Experience of two (2) years and at least three (3) Solar PV plants in: - Designing - Building - Verification/Testing

If you wish to nominate your employees for the training, please submit online application -

DEWA reserves the right to select and limit the maximum number of attendees per company. Nominated applicants who are eligible but were not selected for the current training session may re-apply for the next training sessions.
The training sessions are currently free of charge.
DEWA reserves the right to introduce an application fee for future training sessions.

*Note: For Solar PV Expert - Senior, additional Education degrees in (Electronics, Mechatronics, Renewable and Sustainable Energy) are also accepted.
