We provide career and development pathways that help national employees enhance their capabilities and prepare for future workforce requirements. We also seek to advance talent attraction and assessment mechanisms that improve efficiency and transparency, helping us identify the right talent and develop their skills in line with DEWA’s strategy and future directions”, added Al Tayer.
