This feature helps you to monitor closely your electricity and water consumption and advise in case of unusual consumption while you are away. Consumption details will be sent to your email on daily or weekly basis.

1. DEWA reserves the right to disconnect supply for non-payment as per our rules and regulations while ‘Away Mode’ is active.

2. DEWA will not be responsible for any loss or damage inside the premises due to electricity tripping while ‘Away Mode’ is active or for any loss or damage incurred by the residents due to supply disconnection for non-payment.

3. DEWA will not be responsible for any water leakage after the meter.
