Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) announced the dates of its official business hours in the Customer Service Centers throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. H.E. Saeed Mohamed Al Tayer MD & CEO of DEWA stated: We congratulate you all on the start of the holy month of Ramadan, and in this framework we are pleased to announce our new working hours in order to facilitate the fast completion of transactions in DEWA’s Customer Services Centers. The working hours at DEWA’s Headquarters in Zabeel and the customers Service Centers in Burj Nahar and Al Wasl will operate from eight am to four thirty pm Sunday through Thursday except on Fridays, and on Saturdays will be from nine o'clock am to four thirty pm.” The Customer Service Centers of Hudaibah and the customer service center in the Municipality of Dubai Center in Al Twar , Umm Ramool Center and Ayal Nasser will operate from eight in the morning until four thirty in the evening from Sunday through Thursday except on Fridays, and on Saturdays from nine in the morning until one thirty pm, HE further added. H.E pointed out: However, in the Customer Service Centers in Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Al Reef Mall and the Dubai Municipality Center (Al Manarah Centre) and the Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (Dubai and Jebel Ali) will begin their working hours from nine o'clock am to one thirty pm except on Fridays. His Excellency concluded: “DEWA provides regular payment channels through its offices from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. except Fridays, and also through petrol stations such as ENOC and EPPCO, Emirates Post Offices, Etisalat and Banks’ payment machines, mpay through the website: mpay.dubai.ae, and through DEWA’s electronic portal (www.dewa.gov.ae)”
