MD and CEO of DEWA receives the Massachusetts Ex-Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs

To share expertise and cutting-edge technologies HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, has received at DEWA’s headquarters, Ian Bowles, the Massachusetts Ex-Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs. His Excellency welcomed Ian Bowles and stressed the importance of coordination and collaboration between the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America. The two sides seek to foster joint relationships and promote economic and energy fields. The two sides discussed bilateral relations at all levels and ways of fostering and developing these relationships, especially in the field of cutting-edge technologies, which helped provide energy, reduce costs and lower carbon emissions. Moreover, the two sides explored the opportunities of future collaboration as the United Sates is one of the key strategic partners of the Emirate of Dubai. At the end of the visit, the Massachusetts Ex-Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs thanked His Excellency for the welcome and hospitality as well as sharing views in the fields of trade and energy to the benefit of both parties.
