Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has provided its new corporate customers with special offers from du, the subsidiary of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company. Customers can receive these offers after submitting a request for the Activation of Electricity/Water (Move-in) service through DEWA’s channels.

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, highlighted the importance of fruitful partnerships between the public and private sectors to provide a seamless experience for customers and provide value-added services as well as facilitate doing business and investments. This is in accordance with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai the smartest and happiest city in the world.

“DEWA provides all its services through the website and smart app, according to the highest standards of reliability, availability, accountability, and sustainability. Smart adoption of DEWA’s services has reached 98.89% in the final quarter of 2021. DEWA’s efforts in stakeholder happiness was crowned by achieving for the third year in a row, the first global position in implementing the requirements of the International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS). DEWA achieved 100% in the updated International Customer Experience Standard. This is the highest score worldwide in the updated ICXS2019. DEWA also scored 97.9% in the Instant Customer Happiness Index 2021 by Dubai Digital Authority. Moreover, DEWA scored more than 90% in the Happiness Index for the Government of Dubai customers, conducted by the Dubai Government Excellence Program 2021,” said Al Tayer.
