Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has been awarded the International Employee Happiness and Well-being Standard (IEHWS) certificate, scoring 97.5% to earn the top-tier ‘Transformational Leading Organisation’ rating. This score – among the highest globally – ranks DEWA among the world’s top five IEHWS-certified organisations and establishes it as the global leader in the utility sector.
