This service enable customers to Replace the (damaged, lost or stolen) EV card.

AED 200 is charged to the customers for replacing the card (damaged, lost, or stolen etc.).

* VAT will be charged as applicable

Required for online requests.
Not required for requests made through Customer Happiness Centres or Customer Care Centres.

Online:

Green Charger card is delivered to customers through the courier company at their registered address within 3 working days of applying through DEWA’s website / smart app.

Offline:

Green Charger card is issued immediately upon registration at DEWA Customer Happiness Centres.
