The 23rd Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) and Dubai Solar Show (DSS) have attracted many Saudi Arabian companies specialised in green investments, clean and renewable energy investments. The Ministry of Investment in Saudi Arabia and the giant Neom project, in addition to several Saudi Arabian companies specialised in energy, environment and water sectors, will participate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pavilion (KSA) at the exhibition.
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is organising the exhibition under the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and the patronage of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy (DSCE) from 5 to 7 October 2021 at Expo 2020 Dubai.
HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, Founder and Chairman of WETEX and DSS, said that the exhibition is an important opportunity for organisations, companies and investors in the water, environment, oil, gas, conventional and renewable energy, green development, and related technologies to present their solutions and products, make deals, build partnerships, promote green technologies, review the latest technologies and innovations.
Al Tayer praised the increasing turnout from Saudi Arabian companies each year. He also highlighted the favourable attention of investors in clean and renewable energy, which underlines the expansion of these technologies in the UAE and the region.
The exhibition is spread over 29,200 square metres and has more than 1,200 companies from 55 countries. Free entrance with early registration on the website is recommended.
