Dubai Statistics Centre honours DEWA’s Billing Services team

Recognising DEWA’s pivotal contributions in statistical services In recognition of its active contribution to providing statistical services, the Billing Services Department of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has been honoured by the Dubai Statistics Centre. Mohammed Salem Al Mana, Vice President of Billing Services, received the recognition on behalf of DEWA. By adopting the latest international techniques, standards, and practices, the Dubai Statistics Centre specializes in gathering and providing statistical, economic, demographic, and social data to decision-makers and other clients in Dubai. Attending the event on behalf of the Director of Corporate Excellence and Support Department at the Dubai Statistics Centre was Meenas Bin Dakhan, Head of Customer Relations and Ali Abd Al Qader Al Sallaq, Senior Demographics Analyst. The employees who received appreciation include Mohammed Salem al Mana; Ahmad Hasan, Senior Manager - Counter Services; Mohammed Asif, Assistant Manager of Billing Services; and Afaf Ali Sakr, Senior Executive of Billing Services. In order to achieve its vision as a sustainable world-class utility, DEWA is utilising its partnerships with several organisations in Dubai. DEWA’s phenomenal record of achievements in the corporate excellence sector on both regional and international levels has strengthened Dubai’s status as a global hub for finance, trade and tourism.
