MD & CEO of DEWA receives Australian Consul General for Dubai

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has received at his office the Australian Consul General in Dubai and Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner, Gerard Seeber, to discuss current and future business and highlight the strong ties that exist between Dubai and Australia. Al Tayer welcomed the Consul General and stressed the importance of cooperation between DEWA and the Australian government at all levels and their mutual efforts to improve collaboration and further bilateral relations in the field of energy. The talks included investment opportunities by the Emirate of Dubai for Australian companies in the field of energy and future cooperation. The meeting also tackled facilities and services provided by DEWA for Australian companies operating in Dubai, which allows it to showcase their outstanding achievements on an ongoing basis. At the end of the visit, the Australian Consul General in Dubai extended his thanks and appreciation to Al Tayer for the warm reception and providing them the opportunity to discuss the different aspects of collaboration between the two sides.
