Al Tayer honours Minister of Environment & Water, and Chief of Dubai Police

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has honoured HE Dr. Rashid Ahmed Bin Fahad, Minister of Environment and Water, and HE Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Chief of Dubai Police, for their efforts and contributions in promoting conservation and protecting the environment. The special recognition was conducted during the award ceremony of the 8th Conservation Award 2012-2013, held under the theme ‘For a Better Tomorrow,’ at the Grand Hyatt hotel. Al Tayer praised the efforts and collaboration of DEWA’s partners in supporting the mission of the visionary leadership of the UAE, to achieve the wellbeing of its people. “Honouring our partners underlines our commitment to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to achieve governmental integration and enhance collaboration and joint work across various government organisations to accomplish the national objectives and further promote sustainable development in the country,” said Al Tayer.
