DEWA awarded for Best Customer Focus and Innovation at Best Business Awards 2017

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has won the Best Innovation and Best Customer Focus awards at the UK’s Best Business Awards 2017.

The awards recognise DEWA’s achievements in implementing the best international standards for monitoring customer happiness to maintain continuous improvement and exceed their expectations. These awards also acknowledge DEWA’s commitment in developing the concept of innovation and spreading the culture of creativity at both individual and institutional levels. This adheres to the directives of the Government of Dubai to achieve the highest standards of excellence, professionalism and competence in the field of world-class services, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the public sector.
