DEWA Women's Committee organises awareness lectures for female staff

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) Women's Committee organised a number of awareness lectures that were attended by over 150 staff members from various sectors and branches. This is part of the Committee’s efforts to provide a working environment that balances the work and social life of female employees.

The lectures addressed a number of topics for female staff, to achieve an optimal balance between their working lives and family obligations. Educational specialists also gave lectures on successfully raising children of different ages, and how to meet and deal with challenges.
