“DEWA is keen to strengthen the leading position of the UAE, which has the largest regional system for humanitarian relief, development and community work. We support the values of volunteering, giving, and goodness instilled in the noble Emirati society, based on the foundations laid by the late Founding Father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace. This is supported by the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to continue the UAE society’s civilised approach, leave a sustainable positive impact, and build a better life for people worldwide,” said HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).
