“On the occasion of the 52nd Union Day, I am honoured to congratulate His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; Their Highnesses the Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates; Their Highnesses the Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers; and the citizens and residents of the UAE. On the Union Day, the UAE celebrates the strong will, determination, and wisdom of the Founding Fathers, may their souls rest in peace, as they laid the foundations of the Union. Within a few decades, the UAE has become a global role model in progress, prosperity, and development. On this day, we thank Allah Almighty for blessing us with a wise leadership that spares no effort to achieve the wellbeing and happiness of citizens, residents, and visitors.
