Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has concluded an internal 'Excellence Expert Assessment' programme to enhance the capabilities of the corporation’s leaders in line with the standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program and international best practice. The six-day programme, which comprised 35 sessions and a pilot practical assessment, was attended by 20 DEWA Vice Presidents and Senior Managers, all seeking to improve the performance of their divisions through the use of continuous assessment and enhancement tools. This fourth batch of graduates brings the number of employees certified by the programme to 83 since launch.
