DEWA is the first AI native utility
“Our participation in GITEX Global 2025 underscores our commitment to supporting the vision of Dubai’s wise leadership in strengthening the emirate’s competitiveness in the digital economy and sustainable innovation. It reflects our efforts to advance digital transformation across key sectors and consolidate Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation and future technologies – placing it at the forefront of the world’s most future-ready cities. At DEWA, we are developing sustainable digital infrastructure for the energy and water sectors, harnessing the latest technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We have charted a strategic road map for DEWA to become the world’s first AI-native utility, integrating artificial intelligence across all our operations and services to boost productivity, enhance efficiency and support innovation and creativity. These efforts are in line with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 and the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence,” said Al Tayer.
