InfraX and Cumulocity Sign MoU to Drive IoT Innovation and Large-Scale Digital Transformation

InfraX, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (PJSC), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cumulocity, a leading IoT platform provider. The agreement establishes a framework for strategic collaboration to explore opportunities in Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, business development, and joint execution of large-scale projects of mutual interest. The partnership was signed between Yaser Abdulla AlBehandy, Director of Commercial of InfraX, and Nasri Nassereddine, VP Cumulocity IoT - Middle East, Turkey.

Together, both organizations will empower enterprises, utilities, and smart city initiatives to facilitate connected technologies for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making.
