DEWA and Swiss research centre highlight the latest advances in solar module technologies
The Research and Development (R&D) Centre of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), in collaboration with the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), organised a workshop titled ‘Advancements in Crystalline Silicon and Perovskite Photovoltaic Module Technologies’. The workshop focused on next-generation solar modules, underscoring the critical role of photovoltaic (PV) solar modules in addressing global energy challenges and ensuring energy reliable and sustainable energy supply, particularly in harsh climatic conditions. It also highlighted the latest developments in crystalline silicon and perovskite PV modules.
