What is MA’LEM DUBAI?

This service enables the enrolled / registered Developers and Consultants to

apply Power Supply Master Plan for Major Project Developments for DEWA

review. One window to serve the Major Project Developers and their

Consultants to finalize the power infrastructure requirements in order to

timely secure and integrate the realistic power infrastructure requirement of

Major Project Developments into DEWA System.

Fees:

Service is free of Charge

Delivery Duration:

DEWA response on the submitted Power Supply Master Plan of Major

Projects depends on the type of submission.

Online Procedure

Online Submission:

Fill-in the online application form with required information. Attach required

documents and submit the application. On successful submission, a reference

number will be provided which can be used for tracking the status of the

application.

Mandatory Documents:

Depending on the project type and the Master Plan type; the submission

should comply with the requirements of the Power Supply Guidelines for

Major Projects; which is available in DEWA website.

Application Status Tracking and Notifications:

You will receive SMS and e-mail notifications regarding the progress of the

application (submitted, Under Review and DEWA Respose Issued). In addition

to notifications, the status of the application can also be tracked online

through the tracking page of the e-service.

Service Delivery:

Once the power supply Master Plan submission is reviewed by all the

concerned DEWA Departments, DEWA response / feedback can be

downloaded from the tracking page of the e-ser
