This service helps you to know that DEWA maintain landlord information in Billing System and accepts new tenant agreement for registration if the landlord name in Billing System and the tenancy agreement is matching.

Fees:

10 DHS.

*VAT will be charged as applicable

Login / Registration:

Required for online requests.
Not required for requests made through Customer Care Center.

Estimated Delivery Duration:

Request is processed within 3 working days.

Step 1 : Online Application Submission:

Fill-in the online application form with required information. Attach required documents and submit the application:

Copy of Ownership Deed/Affection Plan/Completion Certificate
List of Account Nos. of Building (Excel file)

Step 2: Service Delivery:

Once the application is Approved, an e-mail notification will be sent.
