0% interest and zero fee for bill payment installment plan

1. What is 0% instalment service for DEWA customers?

This is a service for DEWA’s customers that allow them to pay their bills using Emirates NBD, Mashreq Bank, Emirates Islamic and Dubai Islamic Bank credit cards. By using these credit cards they will be able to pay their bills in instalments through the bank’s online channels or bank’s customer care.

2. How is this easy and convenient for customers?

Now, there is no need for customers to visit DEWA Customer Happiness Centres to pay their bills. Instead, they can pay their DEWA bills using Emirates NBD or Mashreq Bank Credit Card using DEWA’s website or DEWA’s smart app and convert it to 0% instalment plan by using one of the banking channels shown below:

- Online Banking

- Mobile Banking app

- Bank’s Call Centre

3. What are the salient features of this service?

- 0% interest to customer

- No processing fee for DEWA customers

- Customer can convert any bill payment of AED 1,000 or more into 0% interest

4. What is the procedure to avail this facility?

Step 1- Customers can pay DEWA bills using Emirates NBD or Mashreq Bank Credit Cards on DEWA’s website or Smart app.

Step-2 – Customer converts the payment to 0% installment plan by using any of the banking channels below:

 - Online Banking    

- Mobile Banking app

- Bank’s Call Centre

5. Are there any charges to avail this facility?

No, there are no charges to the customer to avail of this service.
