“The DEWA Women's Committee has consistently played an active role in achieving DEWA's strategic objectives. It has fostered a motivational work environment that promotes the balance between the professional and social lives of DEWA’s female employees. Female employee satisfaction with the committee’s performance reached 96% in 2024, proving its success in realising their aspirations. During 2024, the DEWA Women’s Committee organised more than 50 social and technical activities and workshops, with the participation of over 1,000 female employees. The committee received four benchmarking visits to learn about its best practices.
