Activate Away Mode

As part of Smart Living initiative, DEWA offers you Away Mode.

This new innovative service enables residential customers to monitor their electricity and water use when they are not at home. Consumption details will be sent to customers email on a daily or weekly basis. Customers with smart electricity and water meters can activate this service through their accounts on DEWA’s website and smart app. They can also select the activation period to receive daily or weekly data by email.
