DEWA Group reported a record consolidated full year revenue of AED 32.84 billion, EBITDA of AED 17.37 billion and net profit after tax of AED 9.09 billion.

DEWA continues to register the highest levels of customer happiness

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) maintained its position as a leader in customer happiness in 2025, achieving an impressive score of 98.9% on the Dubai Government’s Instant Happiness Index, overseen by the Dubai Digital Authority. DEWA recorded 98.02% satisfaction rate in 2025 on the Dubai Government Customers of Determination Index administered by the Dubai Government Excellence Program. This builds on DEWA’s strong performance in 2024, when it recorded 97.01% on the Dubai Government Customer Happiness Index, while service partners exceeded 99% happiness level with DEWA’s services.

Five DEWA centres receive the ‘Autism Friendly Environment’ certificate

Five Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) centres have received Autism Friendly Environment Certificates (AFC), internationally recognised by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA) and granted by the Dubai Autism Center. Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has reaffirmed its ability to restore electricity with exceptional speed through the Automatic Smart Grid Restoration System, the first of its kind in the region. DEWA launched the system to enhance the efficiency of electricity network management and ensure the stability and continuity of power supply under all circumstances. The advanced system also enables DEWA to monitor and control the electricity network automatically and accurately, significantly accelerating fault detection and service restoration within record time while minimising human intervention. DEWA’s projects strengthen the UAE’s leading role in the transition to clean and renewable energy

The world marks the International Day of Clean Energy on 26 January each year. Adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, the day coincides with the anniversary of the establishment of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), which is based in Abu Dhabi, reaffirming the UAE’s leading role in supporting the global transition to renewable energy. The UAE co-sponsored the draft resolution to adopt this international day, alongside the Republic of Panama.
